PMSmartVolt

Power, cameras, smart home and light

I'm Mihail Kasapinov. Through PM SmartVolt I install and maintain electrical systems for homes, offices and shops in Bansko and Sofia - from a single socket to a whole new consumer unit.

Service panel. Each breaker leads to its service.

What I do

Four kinds of work, one contractor. If your project touches more than one, I take it on whole, so you are not coordinating separate trades.

Q1 C20

Electrical work

New installations, rewiring and repairs. Consumer units, earthing and everything in between.

  • New installations and full rewiring
  • Building and extending consumer units
  • Sockets, switches and light fittings
  • Earthing and lightning protection
  • Fault finding and repair
  • EV charger installation
Q2 C10

CCTV

Cameras, recording and access control you can check from your phone, wherever you are.

  • IP cameras for homes, offices, warehouses and car parks
  • Recorders and footage storage
  • Live and recorded view on your phone
  • Door entry and video intercoms
  • Card or keypad access control
  • Servicing and extending existing systems
Q3 C16

Smart home systems

Lights, blinds and heating you control from your phone, or that switch themselves.

  • Control of lighting, blinds and heating
  • Scenes, like everything off with one button
  • Motion, smoke, leak and door sensors
  • Electricity usage monitoring
  • Upgrading existing wiring without chasing walls
  • Shelly, Zigbee and Home Assistant
Q4 C6

LED lighting

Light that is chosen for the room, not just fitted in it.

  • Profile and concealed lighting
  • LED strips for kitchens, stairs and ceilings
  • Lighting for offices, shops and warehouses
  • Facade and garden lighting
  • Replacing old fittings with efficient ones
  • Choosing colour temperature and dimming

Materials and equipment

I source the materials for each job myself: cable, consumer units, cameras, LED profiles and smart home devices. I buy directly from importers and manufacturers, so price and availability are settled before we start. You can also order equipment on its own, without installation.

  • Supply of materials for your site
  • Equipment imported to order
  • Sales representation for manufacturers

How a job runs

  1. Site visit

I come and look at the site. For a small repair, a photo on Viber is often enough.

  2. Quote

You get a written quote with materials and labour listed separately. No hidden lines.

  3. Installation

I work to the agreed timeline and leave the site clean.

  4. Handover

I walk you through the work, leave a diagram of the consumer unit and a labour warranty.

One person answers for all of it

When you call, you speak to me. I do the site visit, I write the quote and I am the one on site. If something stops working a year later, you know who to call.

Common questions

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. A single socket, a switch or a tripped breaker is as much my job as a full installation.

Do you supply the materials?

Usually yes, because then I answer for their quality too. If you have already bought materials, I work with those.

What warranty do you give?

I guarantee my labour. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, and I handle the claim with you.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. I work through PM SmartVolt and invoice every service and delivery.

Where do you work?

I am based in Bansko and work across the Bansko area. I take on jobs in Sofia too. Anywhere else, we agree based on the size of the job.

Have a job in mind?

Call, or send a photo on Viber. I'll tell you what it needs and what it will cost.
